CONDITIONS OF LEASE
Self Catering:
All our units are self catering and no daily cleaning
service will be available.
Availability:
Units let are subject to availability on the day of
arrival. Should the unit not be available the agency
reserves the right to accommodate you in a similar unit or
refund all money paid.
Overloading of units:
The units are designed for a specific number of people, if
it is reported that there are more people in the unit you
will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation once the unit is booked,
and the deposit paid the deposit will only be refunded on
the following conditions. When the unit has been re-booked
the deposit will be paid back less the following
deductions, R800 admin and 10% booking fee. In the event
of partial re-booking of the unit the deposit will apply
to the unbooked time and the balance paid back less admin
fee of R800 and the 10% booking fee.
Pets:
There are no pets allowed in the units.
On Departure:
Please wash all crockery and cutlery. Leave all foodstuff
in fridge and don't switch off. Please lock all doors and
windows. Drop keys at office or SASOL garage
Keys:
Keys will only be available if the accommodation is paid
in full.
